You Are God’s Law Enforcement Agent

The greatest discovery anyone can make on this earth is the discovery of his true identity.  Without the discovery of who we truly are, we will not be able to know and fulfil the purpose for which we are here on the earth.

Many things are out of alignment because of our identity crisis.  Without the discovery and alignment to what God has made us to be, evil, anarchy and oppression will continue to reign.

As believers in Christ, God created us to enforcement of His will on the earth. We are God’s law enforcement agents.  God has saved us and given us His life, authority and position for the purpose: Establishing His will on this planet.

The believer’s identity is not of someone who is trying to get the Devil defeated, we are called to enforce His defeat. Understanding that we have already been made more than conquerors through Christ is very important in how we deal with the issues of life.

In this COVID-19 pandemic, what God is looking for are Believers who know who they really are in Christ Jesus.  It is these Believers who will rise and function in the knowledge of their true identity enforce the defeat of the Wicked in their lives, family, and nations at large.

The Enemy is already defeated, including in this pandemic.  The reason we are not seeing the manifestation of this defeat in the way we should is because we have not been enforcing the victory of the Lord as often as we should.

One of the ways in which God has provided for us to enforce the enemy’s defeat is the partaking of the Holy Communion.  The Scriptures shows us that through Christ death, the Enemy destruction was established (Heb2:14).  We are also made to understand that when we partake of the Holy Communion we are showing the Lord’s death (1 Cor.11:26). This means that the more we observe the partaking of the Holy Communion the more we enforce the defeat of the power of darkness. What are you doing child of God in this pandemic? Are you enforcing the enemy’s defeat or are you allowing darkness to reign in your World?

Holy Communion: God’s Provision for All Our Shortfalls

We are currently in the midst of one of the deadliest pandemics in world history. Millions of lives been lost, businesses decimated or shut down and all over the world unemployment at an all-record high.

Has God abandoned His children? Is there a clear distinction between the Believers and Unbelievers in this pandemic?

Let me clearly states that God has not – and has never – left His children without a way to mitigate and come out victorious in such a time as this. Everything Believers in Christ need to survive and come out victorious in this pandemic has been provided and made available for our engagement by our loving, heavenly Father.

The reason why it seems as if there is no distinction between Believers and Unbelievers is relate to ignorance and unbelief.Many of God’s children are ignorant of the provision their heavenly Father have made available for them. Many do not believe in that God has provided for them.

One of the provisions God has made available for believers in such a time as we are living in right now is the ordinance of the Holy Communion. The Holy Communion is the table of appropriating the benefits of the finished work of Christ on the cross of Calvary.  It is the antidote to every work of darkness on the earth.

We are commanded to observe this ordinance regularly in the scriptures so that we can continually enforce the will of God over our lives and everything we do. (1 Cor 11:26-30)

The sad thing is, many believers are ignorant, they are either in the dark (blinded) or they complete disregard this wonderful provision.  This is why it seems like there is no distinction between Believers and Unbelievers.

 God’s desire is to distinguish His children in the midst of this pandemic like He did with the children of Israel in Egypt.  This is when there was a plague in the land that killed all the first born in Egypt. The children of Israel were preserved and came out of the pandemic with great wealth and freedom from their bondage.

 God was able to do this because the children of Israel adhered to God’s instruction by appreciating and appropriating the provision the Lord has made available for them in eating the flesh of the lamb and sprinkling the blood upon their door post.

God has given us the Holy Communion (which is the eating of the body of our Lord Jesus Christ and the drinking of His blood) for our safety, exemption and distinction from what is going on in our world today. My question to you – child of God – is: “What are you doing with what God has provided for you in this season? Are you honouring it or ignoring it? Do you have faith in God’s provision to save and preserve you?”
